Pathways is designed to prevent premature
or unnecessary institutionalization of adults with physical and/or psychological
challenges. The Center is open 6:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., Monday through Friday,
and serves people age 18 and older who require daily living assistance
due to conditions such as stroke, arthritis, vision-loss, multiple sclerosis,
depression, and Alzheimer's. A multidisciplinary team of professionals
works together to create a nurturing environment and provide a comprehensive
array of services.
