The Koehler Transitional Unit is available for individuals experiencing Alzheimer's and relateddementias.

This environmenthas been designed with the goal of encouraging the program participant to maintain personal independence for as long as possible. Included inthis home-like environment is a culinary arts center, enclosed outdoor courtyard, program area and living room.

All Core Services are included in the transitional unit as well as additional staff to meet the needs of the participant.

A Free Visit Day is available.
